The guilty person, or rather the alleged guilty person , because you're innocent until proven guilty. Then there's the prosecutor, usually the state. This person defends justice and must prove that the accused is really guilty. The judge is the one who must eventually decide whether the charges against the accused have been proven or not. And then there's the attorney. In TV series they are usually presented to viewers as being very confident. I think you need an outgoing personality to give your everything to have an accused walk out of the courtroom free, guilty or not.  I received an email today from a reader who was looking for an answer to this question: Do I have to submit an experience outline with my website maintaince held the same classification over five years ago?
